1. Initial Provisions:

The Senior Love application aims to create interactions and relationships among the adult public, promoting the virtual meeting of people with similar beliefs and goals, always with constant zeal and improvement of its PRIVACY POLICY, in order to ensure the greatest security of its users.

In this sense, the present term aims to clarify to the users of the Senior Love application its guidelines, norms and recommendations, in order to maintain the confidentiality of all private information of its clients in accordance with the current Brazilian legislation, which is why it is highly recommended that all users of this community read the full term by all users of this community.

2. Registration, Account and Profile of our users:

Both the registration, the account and the profile of our users are entirely personal, exclusive and non-transferable, being forbidden any form of use by third parties, constituting the password of access of the exclusive client, confidential and non-transferable, through which and only by which users can access their profiles and make changes to their personal data and other information within the Senior application  Love. The user’s password is encrypted by  the Senior Love application  before being stored on the servers, and only the user and Senior Love will have access to change the password.

It is highly recommended that users create their access passwords using sequences of digits and letters that are difficult to identify by third parties, and it is also recommended to change them every 3 (three) months at most.

The user must undertake to immediately notify Senior Love through its service channels, upon noticing any problems related to its password, in particular if it notices the misuse of its account by third parties, being the sole responsibility of the user himself for all the activities that occur in his account.

Any information or data provided by the customer to the Senior Love application and that is not available for viewing by other users through the shared profile will be considered private, being the full responsibility of the client the information published by completing his public profile (Religion, General Data, Biography, Appearance, Profile that Seeks,  among others).

The Senior Love application is committed to always seeking to offer its customers high technology in order to protect the private information and confidential data of its users, constantly worrying about preventing access and use of such information by unauthorized persons.

Private information will be kept absolutely confidential, unless otherwise determined by the courts or cases of force majeure, and data relating to credit card numbers will not be stored on our servers and databases, and its uses are the sole responsibility of financial operators, banks, credit card operators and companies responsible for approving the data provided.

After completing your REGISTRATION in the Senior Love application, the completed data and  all future data added by the user in the Senior Love application,  are provided free of charge for use of the services proposed by Senior Love, being kept in its database and servers.

The Senior Love app reserves the full right to at any time or circumstance:

1. use the e-mails and registration data of its users to send notifications and advertisements of products and services of its own, its advertisers and its partners;
2. use the public and private data of users collectively in order to generate statistics, which may be used by Senior Love for any purpose, always maintaining the individual privacy of the user;
3. edit or change profiles and registrations of its users when checking errors or inadequacies to this PRIVACY POLICY or to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS ( https://seniorlove.app/terms-and-conditions/ );
4. inadvertently delete or block any profile (Basic or Premium) that may injure moral principles and good customs, notably because it is a virtual community of interaction and relationship between Christians;
5. exempt itself and exempt itself from any degree of liability both civil and criminal arising from problems or conflicts between its customers, inside and outside the Senior Love application, and that may come from the content of information, images and messages exchanged between its users, to which they are entirely responsible.

3. User Data Deletion:

All users of the Senior Love app have total freedom to delete their account at any time and consequently the personal data associated with the account.

After the user deletes their account, all data that can identify the user is permanently deleted from the database servers, including name and email. Some information that does not identify the user may remain stored in the database for the purpose of statistics generation, data analysis and other uses by the company that owns the Senior Love application (IDEATEC IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA).

4. Final Provisions:

All users of the Senior Love app should treat each other with education, respect and good manners within our virtual community, in order to provide everyone with a joyful, fun and familiar environment, thus corroborating our greater goal of uniting people through healthy relationships guided by Christian principles and teachings.

From the registration and first access to the Senior Love application, the user will be automatically declaring his acceptance and full knowledge of all the provisions contained in this PRIVACY TERM.
