IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA-EPP, CNPJ 30.715.703/0001-65 is the owner of the rights of use and intellectual property of the Senior Love app (brand, domain, logo, and all content of the provision of services), which was created to preferably provide interaction and relationship services to the adult public, with the information technologies available.
Aware of the rapid mutation and the development of informatics, the Senior Love application, intends to keep up with new technologies for the comfort, better experience and full satisfaction of its users.

The values and duration of the plans contracted by the Premium Users will be clearly presented to the contracting user at the time of contracting and may be consulted at any time during their term through the “My Plan” menu within the app itself or by the Google Play Store (Android users) or App Store (iPhone users).
The benefit packages offered to Premium Users (paying) will always aim to offer them a better user experience during the term of their contracted plans through the provision of differentiated advantages in relation to Basic Users (non-paying), and may be included new benefits, excluded or replaced benefits already existing at any time and in any location at the discretion of the administrators of the application Senior Love, without the need for prior communication to users, and there should always be a minimum of 03 (three) advantages offered simultaneously to Users who opt for paid hiring, for configuration of the Premium advantages package offered to this customers at the discretion of the Senior Love application.
The voluntary disengagement of the Premium User from the Senior Love app, for whatever reason, safeguarded the contraption of the contractor’s violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, will not give the user any rights relating to the refund of amounts paid, due or due in relation to plans contracted by the user at any time and location.

Senior Love completely exempts itself from any civil and criminal liability arising from undue complaints made by users within the Senior Love platform, and such responsibilities, including, by the automatic blocking generated due to the complaint, to the reporting users in the case of unfounded, slanderous or defamatory complaints of any kind or nature, committing the Senior Love solely and exclusively by verifying the provenance or not of the denunciation within the period stipulated above and the consequent unlocking or not of the profile reported.
Senior Love respects the social inclusion of all individuals regardless of their religious creed, sex, age, gender or race.
At the time of accession, authorization will be considered given by the user to use the data provided at the time of registration and those related to the completion of the information of his profile with the Senior Love application, committing to provide true, accurate and current information, as well as to keep them always updated.

The user is granted an exclusive license to allow him to have a personal and pleasant experience of the services provided by the Senior Love application, thus agreeing to use it:
9.1. in a personal and non-commercial way, except in cases of express authorization of the Senior Love application;
9.2. in order to comply with copyright legislation, Brazilian LAW No. 9.610/1998;
9.3. not sending viruses, cookies or other malicious code that may compromise the security and privacy of other users and the Senior Love application itself;
9.4. in order not to interrupt the services of the Senior Love website/application, its servers and technological devices;

10.16. the user who notices, verifies or perceives any violation of rights or, still, any fraud or violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, must proceed to the complaint within the application itself, being aware that the complaints that may be made may result in the automatic blocking of the user reported, leaving only and exclusively the whistleblower responsible for any civil and/or criminal consequences arising from unfounded complaints, slanderous or prejudiced;
10.17. the whistleblower will be responsible for the veracity of the information provided in the report which may result in possible automatic blocking of the reported user.
According to initial provisions, IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, is the sole holder of the rights of use and intellectual property of the Senior Love website/application, brand, domain, logo, and all content of the provision of these services.
In this way it is expressly forbidden to copy, exploit, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, license, or any other personal or commercial use of its content, except with the express authorization of the company IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA.
These Terms and Conditions of Use make a service agreement between the Senior Love application and its users, in order to promote interactions and relationships over the internet.
Considering that since 2006 there is the law of computerization through the internet of the judicial process Brazilian LAW No. 11.419/2006, making feasible the use of electronic means in the processing of judicial proceedings, communication of acts and transmission of procedural documents, so that there is equality, isonomy and parity of rights and obligations and in obedience to the principles of speed and procedural economy, the XV Butantã Regional Forum will be elected, in São Paulo/SP – Brazil, which since its inception is electronic, to resolve any controversies arising from these Terms and Conditions of Use.
